ORDERING
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-5 business days for US orders or within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.
All orders received after 2pm EST will be processed the following day, this is inclusive of overnight orders. Weekend delivery is not available.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Lonely Sinn is unable to reroute packages.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from San Francisco, California.
All orders are shipped by USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not available.
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses, and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.
Lonely Sinn reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions.
Lonely Sinn is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

*Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, Lonely Sinn is not responsible for these charges.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Lonely Sinn purchase, we will gladly refund the merchandise to the original form of payment.
Returns are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original ship date. Items must be returned in their unworn, original condition and packaging.
We do not offer refunds or allow International returns at this time.
Lonely Sinn reserves the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
With orders that qualify for free shipping the refund will deduct shipping costs.

We do not accept exchanges at this time.
